In the UK, Sundays mean roast. And since I’ve left my parent’s house a mere 5months ago, the traditional Sunday roast seems like somewhat of a distant memory.
Last Sunday I had my first roast in 5 months! And it was pretty awesome, so I’m sharing with anyone who is wading in London on their next trip. It’s reasonably priced and on a fairly quiet street despite being in Waterloo. It’s also a 5 minute walk away from London Southbank, so this could form part of a whole day itinerary.
My friend opted for the fish and chips, which were apparently great, but she did get slight food envy when my meal came out.
